What is your turn around time?

Current TAT is 3-15 business days (meaning weekends and holidays are not counted). It all depends on the amount of orders we receive. But I will try to move as quickly as I can. Thank you.

What is a supernova? What is the difference between a supernova and an effervescent supernova?

A supernova is quite simply a fizzy bath bomb.

An effervescent supernova is a bath bar that creates bubbles.

Do you repackage?

No I do not. I want to share with you the colors I create. I try to make colors that are unique and not duplicate colors created by other indie cosmetic companies.

Do you do custom orders?

I would love to work with you on any custom orders. Just ask and we can work something out!

How can I get free samples for a blog review

Currently I cannot afford to send out anymore free packages. There will be a blogger/youtube review pack up soon at a discounted price.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes we do! I will ship wherever you are!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
